THE 90/90 Rule of MLM

What you may ask is the 90/90 rule ? This is one of the MLM phrases you will hear the more you read and learn about MLM.. It is one of the sad truths of this business.

What the 90/90 rule means is that 90 % of the people you sign up in your MLM program will probably drop out after 90 days. Those are some scary statistics, how does an industry with such terrible odds survive ? And if the odds are so bad why are more and more companies going into MLM ? And why do thousands of people join an MLM program every week ?

Those are very good questions and I'm glad you asked them. If you ever find the answer let me know. The answer that I have come up with after talking with many different people is The American Dream, the chance to own your own business, to work for yourself, and to make some decent money, and to be your own boss.

You can get started in this MLM business thing part time while still keeping you real job. Also the start up cost for this type of business can be as low as $100. and sometimes even less than that. When you become successful in this business you can actually make thousands of dollars each month if you become one of the MLM success stories. The sad part is not many people make it big in this business, compared to the numbers that join each week.

Some people are told they will make thousands of dollars a month in three months, that is just not realistic for the average person. And when that doesn't happen for them they get discouraged and drop out. The average person will treat this like a $100. investment that didn't work out. Instead they should treat this like an investment that can pay them like no other if they only take the time to learn to work the business. They must stay focused on why they joined in the first place.

Think about this for a minute, If you opened a Candy Store and in three months you weren't making thousands of dollars, do you think you would just give up and close it down ? Or do you think you would work a little harder, and spend more time trying to attract more business ? Would you seek advice, increase advertising, and get a little more creative in your marketing, or would you just close the doors for good, and just walk away ? It is my belief that 9 out of 10 of you would work harder at trying to be a success, instead of giving up.

But in MLM most people give up. We are not talking about working a business 60 hours a week like most store owners do in the beginning, we are talking about 10 hours a week, for MLM. But most people give up. We are not talking about the huge investment necessary to open a store, But most people give up. If these same people stayed focused and learned what it takes to make MLM work, they could make more money than if they had ten Candy Stores.

It really comes down to how much you want to put into your business, and how bad you want to succeed. How much time are you willing to put aside to learn this business, and how much time are you willing to actually work the business each week ? Are you willing to give up some of that precious TV time ? When was the last time you received a check for watching TV ?

I know that not everyone is cut out for this business, just like not everyone can be a Doctor. I also know that sometimes people get involved in the wrong MLM company and with the wrong sponsor. You can prevent this by doing a little homework before you join any company. One test I always give an opportunity is, do I really like the products or services I am promoting ? Would I use them even if I wasn't trying to make money getting others to use them ? If the answer to that question is yes, then it certainly makes your job that much easier. I sure have a hard time promoting something I don't believe in. But on the other hand if I do enjoy using the products, then it is easy to share them with others.

There are lots of MLM companies out there, and you can pick and chose the one to get involved in. A good upline sponsor is very important as they can set you out on the right trial for success. They can give advice and offer support when you need it. So be sure to do your homework before you join an MLM program. look at the compensation plan, and take a good look at your sponsor and the products or service you are trying to sell. If they all add up to something you can be proud of and believe in, then that is half the battle. Don't become a 90/90 statistic. Become a winner

Randy Travis Full Circle Contemporary Country Music CD Review

Richly talented Contemporary Country artist Randy Travis has released him latest album titled Full Circle and Wow! It's good.

Randy Travis has been a heavy hitter in the Contemporary Country genre for quite a while now and Full Circle is an excellent illustration as to why.

These days it's a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

Listen and I think you'll agree that the song choices are excellent, the production is outstanding and Randy Travis is clearly in top form.

While this entire album is outstanding some of my favorites are track 6 - Don't Take Your Love Away From Me, track 8 - If It Ain't One Thing It's Another, and track 12 - Ants On A Log

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 11 - I Can Almost Hear Her Wings. Great track!

Life is a Continuous Prayer

Prayer doesn't just happen when we kneel or put our hands together and focus. Prayer actually occurs more often than we think. Place yourself in your car. See yourself driving along. You see a green light and think, "Please don't change yet." Well, guess what, you just said a prayer. When you hug a friend, that's a prayer. Whenever you hug your children, that's your prayer for them and they you. A sharing prayer has extra vibrations. When you cook something to nourish yourself, friends or family, that's your prayer to them and even yourself. You're praying the dinner comes out right, praying that your husband doesn't bring up "that" same ole subject again. When you go out to eat with friends, you pray for a good time. When you entertain, you pray people show up, and on time. You pray the food appeals to them. Towards the end of entertaining, when you're tired, you're praying the guests will leave soon. And when you say good night to them, you send them off with, "Drive safely," or "Be safe." That's a prayer too. When you shower and the warmth of the water tingles the sensations in your skin, your body says a prayer. It's no different when you drink water to hydrate your body. When you're helping someone in need--giving your time, energy, or money. You are giving a prayer and answering one at the same time. When you wash the car, you are saying prayers. The first one might be, "I hope this doesn't take too long" or "It's going to be nice to drive a clean car." Even later you can hear yourself, "I hope it doesn't rain." Again, prayers. When we walk into a meeting, you say a little prayer in hope that the meeting will not drag on. Or that your presentation will go well. Or that Sandy will not ramble on as he usually does. That's a prayer. Yes, there are times when people, places, or things don't want to receive our prayers. Then our soul cries out to them in prayer over the loss of possibilities. Prayer is a vibration. It feels good because the vibration meshes in with nature and the Universe. Quantum physics proves these theories. Prayer is the voice of love that brings us internal peace, understanding, and the wisdom on how to share. Now, doesn't your day look just a little different? Your prayer is a vibration that manifests from the inside out. It's natural and easy to do. The key is awareness. We've been doing it for so long, we've taken it for granted and thus stop noticing unless something big. Could the miracles that occur everyday in our life share the same fate? Embrace your prayers everyday in whatever form they appear. Connect the positive, natural vibration that enthralls attraction. Be aware of its presence and natural attraction to you. Writing is a prayer. What comes forth we seldom know until it's done. Just like this. Then we realize, we wrote a prayer. Then it becomes the writer's prayer to you.

Finding Relief For Your Aching Feet

When most people get home from a long day they generally take their shoes off and get their feet up. At the end of the day most people will find that their shoes feel snugger than they did when they put them on. Their feet feel hot and tired. What they are looking for is some relief for their aching feet. Gravity is responsible for all of this aching and discomfort. Even people who sit all day find that the fluids and blood in the body will pool in their legs and feet making them swollen and painful. This effect is increased for people who stand or walk all day long. It is because of this that podiatrists recommend you shop for new shoes in the later part of the day when your feet are swollen.

There are many jobs that aggravate your feet during the day. Traffic police, teachers, salespeople, nurses, postal workers and anyone who is standing and walking during the course of their job will find that their feet ache at the end of the day. People who dance and participate in athletic activities will also find that their feet take a beating and produce soreness and aching at the end of the day. Whether it is because of a job or your activities, most people will suffer from tired aching feet at the end of the day. They will want to find the most effective and quick remedy to relieve their sore foot.

The quickest way to find some relief is to sit in a comfortable chair and put your feet up. They should be elevated at least as high as your hips. Take your shoes off and any socks or stockings that you are wearing that are keeping your circulation bound. You are trying to use gravity now to relieve some of the damage that it caused earlier. You should keep your feet elevated for at least thirty minutes to give the swelling a chance to go down. While you have your feet up you should wiggle your toes and point your feet to get rid of any cramping that may be occurring in your aching feet. This also helps the pooled fluids move out of your foot. You can put your feet up and watch the news on television and still be taking care of your tired sore feet at the same time.

Once the swelling has gone down you should fill a tub with warm comfortable water. There are footbaths available now that have a whirlpool function. If you really want to pamper your feet, add some Epsom salts or bath salts to the water. You should soak your sore feet for at least thirty minutes.

Once you have finished soaking your feet you should lift them out of the water one at a time and scrub them with a gentle soap and bath brush. Wash your feet carefully between the toes and all around. Rinse the soap off completely and pat the foot dry with a towel. This is a good time to cut your toenails or treat the cuticles. They will be nice and soft from the soaking. Now you should rub in a good quality foot lotion into the muscles of your feet. While you are rubbing your feet make sure that you pay particular attention to the balls and heels of your feet as well as your ankles and arches. Take the time to work on each toe and you will feel the ache and tension just float away from your feet.

For the best care of your feet you should pay attention to your shoes. You should have at least two pair of shoes that fit you well and are comfortable enough to wear to work. You should make sure you alternate between the shoes so that they have a good amount of time to dry out in between wearing. You can reduce the odor on your feet and shoes by wearing socks that are absorbent and using a foot spray deodorant. These sprays are perfect for any time that you want a little quick relief from your sore aching feet.

At the end of your busy day, take a little time to give yourself the special treatment that your sore feet and legs need. You worked hard all day to get those aching feet, you deserve this special treat.

Free Printable Living Will - Why Should I Have a Living Will?

Unfortunately, it's a fact of life- everyone should have a living will, a living will protects us and the ones we love- during a time of tragedy or stress, it's important to make sure your wishes are known to your family and physicians, and equally important to have your wishes documented so that your family can carry them out.

A free printable living will is a good way to ensure that you have a living will, and is usually valid in most states as long as it's been signed in the presence of a witness and notarized. Before choosing this type, however, please make sure of the laws in your state- some places may only recognize those that have been prepared by, and signed in front of, an attorney.

If you've already dealt with a long-term illness or have been recently diagnosed with a long-term illness, you definitely want to make your wishes known before your condition gets worse, as to how far you want your physician and family to be willing to go to keep you alive. That's the entire purpose of a living will.

No one wants to deal with a long-term illness or have a tragedy occur and leave their loved ones responsible for their care and making major medical decisions for them, all too often, that's what occurs. Part of this is because people don't want to realize the neccessity of such a document, and they also may not realize just how easy it is. Especially since you can get a free printable living will document online- from the comfort of your home. A simple search engine search will help you locate such documents, quickly and easily.

Even though most printable forms, especially legal documents, are going to be pretty "generalized" and "generic," it's better to have a basic, generic document than nothing. It can also serve as a baseline, if you're inclined to have an attorney draw one up later on. Or, there are even some websites out there which have a free printable living will that you can actually modify as needed- either in PDF or Word format.

Before disaster strikes you or someone you love, make sure you understand exactly what a living will does to protect you and your loved ones, and why you need one. Encourage your family members, friends and other loved ones to take that extra step to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Something as simple as a click of the mouse and a trip to your local notary will help you find the document needed, and will give you and your family peace of mind. If you can't afford an attorney or you just need the most basic of documents, a free printable living will is the way to go.
