THE 90/90 Rule of MLM

What you may ask is the 90/90 rule ? This is one of the MLM phrases you will hear the more you read and learn about MLM.. It is one of the sad truths of this business.

What the 90/90 rule means is that 90 % of the people you sign up in your MLM program will probably drop out after 90 days. Those are some scary statistics, how does an industry with such terrible odds survive ? And if the odds are so bad why are more and more companies going into MLM ? And why do thousands of people join an MLM program every week ?

Those are very good questions and I'm glad you asked them. If you ever find the answer let me know. The answer that I have come up with after talking with many different people is The American Dream, the chance to own your own business, to work for yourself, and to make some decent money, and to be your own boss.

You can get started in this MLM business thing part time while still keeping you real job. Also the start up cost for this type of business can be as low as $100. and sometimes even less than that. When you become successful in this business you can actually make thousands of dollars each month if you become one of the MLM success stories. The sad part is not many people make it big in this business, compared to the numbers that join each week.

Some people are told they will make thousands of dollars a month in three months, that is just not realistic for the average person. And when that doesn't happen for them they get discouraged and drop out. The average person will treat this like a $100. investment that didn't work out. Instead they should treat this like an investment that can pay them like no other if they only take the time to learn to work the business. They must stay focused on why they joined in the first place.

Think about this for a minute, If you opened a Candy Store and in three months you weren't making thousands of dollars, do you think you would just give up and close it down ? Or do you think you would work a little harder, and spend more time trying to attract more business ? Would you seek advice, increase advertising, and get a little more creative in your marketing, or would you just close the doors for good, and just walk away ? It is my belief that 9 out of 10 of you would work harder at trying to be a success, instead of giving up.

But in MLM most people give up. We are not talking about working a business 60 hours a week like most store owners do in the beginning, we are talking about 10 hours a week, for MLM. But most people give up. We are not talking about the huge investment necessary to open a store, But most people give up. If these same people stayed focused and learned what it takes to make MLM work, they could make more money than if they had ten Candy Stores.

It really comes down to how much you want to put into your business, and how bad you want to succeed. How much time are you willing to put aside to learn this business, and how much time are you willing to actually work the business each week ? Are you willing to give up some of that precious TV time ? When was the last time you received a check for watching TV ?

I know that not everyone is cut out for this business, just like not everyone can be a Doctor. I also know that sometimes people get involved in the wrong MLM company and with the wrong sponsor. You can prevent this by doing a little homework before you join any company. One test I always give an opportunity is, do I really like the products or services I am promoting ? Would I use them even if I wasn't trying to make money getting others to use them ? If the answer to that question is yes, then it certainly makes your job that much easier. I sure have a hard time promoting something I don't believe in. But on the other hand if I do enjoy using the products, then it is easy to share them with others.

There are lots of MLM companies out there, and you can pick and chose the one to get involved in. A good upline sponsor is very important as they can set you out on the right trial for success. They can give advice and offer support when you need it. So be sure to do your homework before you join an MLM program. look at the compensation plan, and take a good look at your sponsor and the products or service you are trying to sell. If they all add up to something you can be proud of and believe in, then that is half the battle. Don't become a 90/90 statistic. Become a winner

Randy Travis Full Circle Contemporary Country Music CD Review

Richly talented Contemporary Country artist Randy Travis has released him latest album titled Full Circle and Wow! It's good.

Randy Travis has been a heavy hitter in the Contemporary Country genre for quite a while now and Full Circle is an excellent illustration as to why.

These days it's a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

Listen and I think you'll agree that the song choices are excellent, the production is outstanding and Randy Travis is clearly in top form.

While this entire album is outstanding some of my favorites are track 6 - Don't Take Your Love Away From Me, track 8 - If It Ain't One Thing It's Another, and track 12 - Ants On A Log

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 11 - I Can Almost Hear Her Wings. Great track!

Life is a Continuous Prayer

Prayer doesn't just happen when we kneel or put our hands together and focus. Prayer actually occurs more often than we think. Place yourself in your car. See yourself driving along. You see a green light and think, "Please don't change yet." Well, guess what, you just said a prayer. When you hug a friend, that's a prayer. Whenever you hug your children, that's your prayer for them and they you. A sharing prayer has extra vibrations. When you cook something to nourish yourself, friends or family, that's your prayer to them and even yourself. You're praying the dinner comes out right, praying that your husband doesn't bring up "that" same ole subject again. When you go out to eat with friends, you pray for a good time. When you entertain, you pray people show up, and on time. You pray the food appeals to them. Towards the end of entertaining, when you're tired, you're praying the guests will leave soon. And when you say good night to them, you send them off with, "Drive safely," or "Be safe." That's a prayer too. When you shower and the warmth of the water tingles the sensations in your skin, your body says a prayer. It's no different when you drink water to hydrate your body. When you're helping someone in need--giving your time, energy, or money. You are giving a prayer and answering one at the same time. When you wash the car, you are saying prayers. The first one might be, "I hope this doesn't take too long" or "It's going to be nice to drive a clean car." Even later you can hear yourself, "I hope it doesn't rain." Again, prayers. When we walk into a meeting, you say a little prayer in hope that the meeting will not drag on. Or that your presentation will go well. Or that Sandy will not ramble on as he usually does. That's a prayer. Yes, there are times when people, places, or things don't want to receive our prayers. Then our soul cries out to them in prayer over the loss of possibilities. Prayer is a vibration. It feels good because the vibration meshes in with nature and the Universe. Quantum physics proves these theories. Prayer is the voice of love that brings us internal peace, understanding, and the wisdom on how to share. Now, doesn't your day look just a little different? Your prayer is a vibration that manifests from the inside out. It's natural and easy to do. The key is awareness. We've been doing it for so long, we've taken it for granted and thus stop noticing unless something big. Could the miracles that occur everyday in our life share the same fate? Embrace your prayers everyday in whatever form they appear. Connect the positive, natural vibration that enthralls attraction. Be aware of its presence and natural attraction to you. Writing is a prayer. What comes forth we seldom know until it's done. Just like this. Then we realize, we wrote a prayer. Then it becomes the writer's prayer to you.

Finding Relief For Your Aching Feet

When most people get home from a long day they generally take their shoes off and get their feet up. At the end of the day most people will find that their shoes feel snugger than they did when they put them on. Their feet feel hot and tired. What they are looking for is some relief for their aching feet. Gravity is responsible for all of this aching and discomfort. Even people who sit all day find that the fluids and blood in the body will pool in their legs and feet making them swollen and painful. This effect is increased for people who stand or walk all day long. It is because of this that podiatrists recommend you shop for new shoes in the later part of the day when your feet are swollen.

There are many jobs that aggravate your feet during the day. Traffic police, teachers, salespeople, nurses, postal workers and anyone who is standing and walking during the course of their job will find that their feet ache at the end of the day. People who dance and participate in athletic activities will also find that their feet take a beating and produce soreness and aching at the end of the day. Whether it is because of a job or your activities, most people will suffer from tired aching feet at the end of the day. They will want to find the most effective and quick remedy to relieve their sore foot.

The quickest way to find some relief is to sit in a comfortable chair and put your feet up. They should be elevated at least as high as your hips. Take your shoes off and any socks or stockings that you are wearing that are keeping your circulation bound. You are trying to use gravity now to relieve some of the damage that it caused earlier. You should keep your feet elevated for at least thirty minutes to give the swelling a chance to go down. While you have your feet up you should wiggle your toes and point your feet to get rid of any cramping that may be occurring in your aching feet. This also helps the pooled fluids move out of your foot. You can put your feet up and watch the news on television and still be taking care of your tired sore feet at the same time.

Once the swelling has gone down you should fill a tub with warm comfortable water. There are footbaths available now that have a whirlpool function. If you really want to pamper your feet, add some Epsom salts or bath salts to the water. You should soak your sore feet for at least thirty minutes.

Once you have finished soaking your feet you should lift them out of the water one at a time and scrub them with a gentle soap and bath brush. Wash your feet carefully between the toes and all around. Rinse the soap off completely and pat the foot dry with a towel. This is a good time to cut your toenails or treat the cuticles. They will be nice and soft from the soaking. Now you should rub in a good quality foot lotion into the muscles of your feet. While you are rubbing your feet make sure that you pay particular attention to the balls and heels of your feet as well as your ankles and arches. Take the time to work on each toe and you will feel the ache and tension just float away from your feet.

For the best care of your feet you should pay attention to your shoes. You should have at least two pair of shoes that fit you well and are comfortable enough to wear to work. You should make sure you alternate between the shoes so that they have a good amount of time to dry out in between wearing. You can reduce the odor on your feet and shoes by wearing socks that are absorbent and using a foot spray deodorant. These sprays are perfect for any time that you want a little quick relief from your sore aching feet.

At the end of your busy day, take a little time to give yourself the special treatment that your sore feet and legs need. You worked hard all day to get those aching feet, you deserve this special treat.

Free Printable Living Will - Why Should I Have a Living Will?

Unfortunately, it's a fact of life- everyone should have a living will, a living will protects us and the ones we love- during a time of tragedy or stress, it's important to make sure your wishes are known to your family and physicians, and equally important to have your wishes documented so that your family can carry them out.

A free printable living will is a good way to ensure that you have a living will, and is usually valid in most states as long as it's been signed in the presence of a witness and notarized. Before choosing this type, however, please make sure of the laws in your state- some places may only recognize those that have been prepared by, and signed in front of, an attorney.

If you've already dealt with a long-term illness or have been recently diagnosed with a long-term illness, you definitely want to make your wishes known before your condition gets worse, as to how far you want your physician and family to be willing to go to keep you alive. That's the entire purpose of a living will.

No one wants to deal with a long-term illness or have a tragedy occur and leave their loved ones responsible for their care and making major medical decisions for them, all too often, that's what occurs. Part of this is because people don't want to realize the neccessity of such a document, and they also may not realize just how easy it is. Especially since you can get a free printable living will document online- from the comfort of your home. A simple search engine search will help you locate such documents, quickly and easily.

Even though most printable forms, especially legal documents, are going to be pretty "generalized" and "generic," it's better to have a basic, generic document than nothing. It can also serve as a baseline, if you're inclined to have an attorney draw one up later on. Or, there are even some websites out there which have a free printable living will that you can actually modify as needed- either in PDF or Word format.

Before disaster strikes you or someone you love, make sure you understand exactly what a living will does to protect you and your loved ones, and why you need one. Encourage your family members, friends and other loved ones to take that extra step to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Something as simple as a click of the mouse and a trip to your local notary will help you find the document needed, and will give you and your family peace of mind. If you can't afford an attorney or you just need the most basic of documents, a free printable living will is the way to go.

Aerobic Cross Training for Weight Loss

Do you sometimes get bored with your aerobic exercise? Do You sometimes feel like you're not getting the results you should from your aerobic exercise? If so, then aerobic cross-training is for you.

Aerobic cross-training refers to using two to three different types of aerobic exercise during an exercise session. For example, if you plan to exercise for 60 minutes, you might start with 20 minutes of walking or jogging, followed by 20 minutes of biking, and finish with 20 minutes of rowing.

Now, please don't get the impression that you have to be in great shape to do this or that it has to be 60 minutes long. You can start with something as simple as a ten minute walk followed by ten minutes with an exercise video. This is cross-training too. You can gradually build up from there.

Here are some of the exercises you can use in your cross-training program; walking, jogging, biking, rowing, stair climbing, swimming, exercise videos, etc. Any combination of aerobic exercises will do. You simply go from one to the next with very little time between them.

Aerobic cross-training is beneficial to you in several ways:

1. It provides variety which eliminates the monotony often associated with doing the same exercise for a long period of time.

2. If your exercise sessions are less monotonous and more enjoyable, you are much more likely to exercise more often and for longer periods of time.

3. You are less prone to over-use injuries that sometimes occur from doing the same exercise movements over and over again.

4. You tone more muscles because you are using more muscles. For example, walking tones mostly the lower body muscles and rowing tones upper body muscles also. Even exercises like walking and biking that both tone lower body muscles, tone them at different angles and each tones some small muscles that the other doesn't.

5. Aerobic conditioning is very specific to the muscles being worked. For example, you can walk ten miles a day and still be somewhat breathless after climbing stairs because you haven't trained the muscles for that specific movement. Aerobic cross-training allows you to develop more comprehensive aerobic training.

6. Aerobic cross-training is effective for weight loss because your are toning and training the fat-burning systems of more of your muscles. It turns more of your muscles into 24-hour fat-burning machines! You are also more likely to exercise on a regular basis and for longer periods of time. this also promotes weight loss and fitness.

Tumescent Versus Ultrasonic Liposuction

Liposuction is a very popular cosmetic procedure used to remove unwanted fat from areas of the body that are difficult to target and eliminate through exercise and diet alone. Originally invented in 1974 by an Italian gynecologist, liposuction techniques have been continually updated throughout the years to make them more effective and safe.

When liposuction became widespread in the US in the 1980s, side effects such as excessive bleeding or a rippling of the skin after surgery were much more common. Since then, techniques like tumescent liposuction and ultrasonic liposuction have been invented to make it easier for cosmetic surgeons to target, break up and remove fat. While tumescent and ultrasonic liposuction are considered to be the two most advanced and effective techniques by today's standards, the type of fat cells being targeted and their location on the body need to be considered before a choice is made. During your cosmetic procedure consultation, your surgeon can recommend the best choice based on your personal goals and the specific advantages of each technique.

Tumescent Liposuction

Before 1985, the only kind of liposuction technique being used was called 'dry liposuction'. It was fairly simple and entailed the surgeon removing fatty tissue through the use of a cannula - a narrow surgical instrument that breaks up fatty tissue and sucks it out of the body. Although the method worked, it took a very skilled cosmetic surgeon to target the fat correctly, the procedure could be painful and cause damage to surrounding tissue, and it often produced varying results. To aid in identifying the fatty tissue that needs to be removed, a California dermatologist by the name of Jeffrey Klein invented a technique called 'tumescent' liposuction.

For this technique, a saline solution containing local anesthetic is injected in the areas to be sculpted. The amount of saline injected is generally equal to or larger than the amount of targeted fat in volume. When the solution is injected, the fatty tissue will rise up and swell until it becomes firm (the word tumescent means 'swollen or firm'). This allows the surgeon to see exactly what areas of fat need to be removed without disturbing the surrounding tissue. This means less bleeding and trauma to the patient and a much smoother surface area.

Ultrasonic Liposuction

To successfully remove more fibrous fatty tissue on the body - like fatty tissue on the back or the tissue in male breasts - the ultrasonic liposuction technique was invented. Ultrasonic liposuction employs the use of a specialized cannula that can transmit targeted ultrasound vibrations into the body. These vibrations rupture the fat cell walls and liquefy the fat so it can be easily removed using suction.

The Ins And Outs Of Belly Button Rings

Are you ready for belly button rings? Or maybe the question should be, are you ready to allow your teenager to wear them?

Of course, it's a very personal decision, one that each parent must make along with when is an acceptable age to wear makeup, go on a date, etc. While many may approach piercings as though it were inconsequential, the reality is that there's a certain stigma associated with young age, piercings, and promiscuity. You'll want to carefully think through your decisions.

If you opt for allowing your daughter to get her navel pierced, then the first thing you both should think about is clothing and her preferred shirt length. For several months after a navel piercing, the area will be sensitive to touch. You'll want to make sure that the navel is covered with soft clothing that doesn't pinch or bind in the area and doesn't have any rough seams.

Another factor to wearing belly button rings is overall hygiene. It's important to keep the pierced area clean and dry. Your daughter has to be committed to taking care of her skin and needs to be responsible enough to follow a daily regime. Some teens are simply not responsible enough.

While there are a huge number of belly button rings available for purchase, only a fraction of them may be of a style you consider appropriate for your teenager. Be certain to talk through do's and don'ts so that she understands your expectations.

Lastly, choose a reputable piercing studio with a good name for taking the time necessary to qualm fears about the procedure. Belly button rings can be a fun way for your daughter to express her individuality if you take the time to work through these issues together first.

Fun With Physics: The Quantum Mess: Cause And Effect

If causality is not 100% dependable at the most elementary of levels then that implies that the bits and pieces at that level have some sort of free will! Can an electron or photon have free will? Can they do whatever they damn well please? If so, then moving on up the chain from micro to macro, that means that you (as a macro being) must have free will.

If causality is 100% dependable at the most fundamental levels then electrons and photons, etc. do not have free will. Electrons and photons, etc. can not do whatever they damn well please. So, moving right up the chain from micro to macro, that means that you (as a macro being) don't have free will!

Light (photons), or electrons, or any other elementary particle, whether exhibiting wave or particle properties, are still behaving in a predictable (causality) manner. Turn on a laser beam - a stream of photons - the beam doesn't do a loop-de-loop! Sprinkle iron filings over a magnet - the lines of force now visible aren't going to spell out your name! Gold nuclei do not spontaneously decay since gold isn't radioactive. The Sun's spectrum - spectral lines that identify what the Sun's chemical composition is - all caused when electrons jump from one energy state to another, don't shift positions or tell you the Sun is made or 24 caret diamonds (or gold for that matter). The Sun's spectrum reveals hydrogen and helium and minor constituents each and every time.

Let's start with a happening - an event.

An event, or mechanism causing an event, is both a cause of a future effect, but equally that same event or mechanism is also an effect of a previous cause.

In other words, take the case where A causes B, and B causes C. B is both the effect of A and the cause of C.

The event in question is to pick a card, any card at random, from a well shuffled deck (say a deck that's been used for years in weekly poker games). Say the card was an Ace of Diamonds and it was the 10th card from the top.

In a landscape of equal possibilities, there are lots of ways that a deck of cards can be shuffled to have that specific card in that specific location in the deck. However, you didn't pick from that landscape of equal possibilities, you picked from one possibility. Only one possibility out of many thousands of possibilities was realised and presented to you.

What decided that that particular shuffled mechanism was the shuffled mechanism out of a multitude of shuffled mechanisms? Whatever it was, it was something dependent on what went on before. The specific shuffling was an event, or an effect, of a previous cause.

So a previous cause (a shuffling), gave rise to one specific event (that particular shuffled deck), which resulted in one specific card being picked from a specific location.

However, within that specific shuffled deck lays another landscape of possibilities. All possible 52 cards can be in all possible 52 positions. All possibilities are equal; only one will be realised.

A cause (a shuffling) gave rise to an effect (one specific shuffled outcome) which in turn was the ultimate cause of another effect (picking the Ace of Diamonds from the 10th card down from the top).

The central question, was selecting the Ace of Diamonds a certainty or a probability? - Destiny or chance? - Causality or randomness? - Did God throw dice, or didn't He?

You would probably say it was probability, but that's because you didn't know in advance that the tenth card down was the Ace of Diamonds. However, once that deck had been shuffled, that tenth card from the top was without question certainly the Ace of Diamonds whether you knew it in advance or not. The outcome was certain based on the ordering of the deck prior to shuffling and the pure mechanical and physical processes of the shuffling act.

Home Security: Signage-Advertising For Burglars

Signs are one of the most effective ways of advertising. That is why there are so many signs and sign companies in the U.S. One study showed that companies will spend close to $440 billion in advertising this year, up over 5% from last year. And even though online advertising is king by a large margin, all categories of advertising are increasing including outdoor signs.

Some people say that the only purpose of advertising is to sell a product. If you broaden that idea a little bit to include selling ideas, that would be a better description. Advertising is used to inform and raise awareness of a product or concept. When someone pays for advertising their intent is to get you to do something such as buy a product, vote for a candidate or whatever, but the advertiser wants you to do something.

It is no different with home security signs. When a homeowner puts up a home security sign of any kind, he is actually advertising to burglars telling them to stay away from his property.

Home burglary may appear to be a random act but let me assure you that it isn't. Burglars may not be the sharpest knives in the drawer but they do not pick homes at random for their work. They choose their targets based on perceived weaknesses. If they drive by a home a few times and see the garage door open, that would be a potential target. If they see hiding places around lower-level windows, that will give them good cover for an illegal entry.

If they saw a dog running around the front yard, they would know the home has a dog and that they should stay away. Burglars can't stand dogs and will avoid them at all costs. The same is true with motion activated spotlights or security cameras. If a burglar sees these items on a home that house is less likely to be a target of a burglary.

So in a way you could say that these are all forms of advertising. They are sending a big time message to the burglar that either this home is a good target or it isn't.

With nearly one out of six homes, on average, the target of burglary, homeowners need all the help they can get. One easy way to advertise to burglars is to get some home security signs.

There is a Home Security Sign that is more effective than most others because it is mounted on a stake you can put in your front yard so it is easily visible from street level. But all signs send a clear message to the bad guys-stay away!

The Importance of PASMA Training

Before you can operate a mobile tower, government regulations require that someone be on hand who has gained competent person status. To do this is relatively straightforward and can be achieved with a simple PASMA Training Course.

PASMA Training can be done in many ways with many different providers. However they all lead to the same thing. After completing the course you will be granted competent person status and be given certification to prove it.

Each course should provide a decent introduction to the use and operation of mobile towers. They should cover the following: legislation; standards surrounding towers, safe tower assembly, stability, hazards, inspection, repositioning the tower and maintenance. Typically most courses should cater to only about ten or 12 delegates to ensure effective tuition. As part of the course, each delegate should be required to assemble and dismantle both a fibreglass and metal tower which will then have to pass inspection. The final stage is for a written exam, which will lead to them achieving competent person status.

Completion of this scheme will mean that there is at least one person on site at any one time who can be regarded as a competent person. He has to be given total overall responsibility for the construction and maintenance of the tower throughout the course of its life.

Choice of training provider is as important in this regard as in any other part of life. There are all sorts of different providers offering all sorts of different levels of service; some better than others. However, in this regard you do at least have a reliable indication of quality. Your chosen provider should be able to meet certain requirements themselves which are closely monitored by the government. They should have been given the status of approved PASMA Training provider. If this is the case the company will no doubt display this prominently on its website.

Seeing this provides a level of assurance that the training provided by the company will be of sufficient standard and, more importantly, the final certificate will be officially recognised for official purposes. Failure to register with an authorised PASMA Training provider will put you in contravention of official legislation, a position that no firm would willingly put itself in.

The government now places a greater emphasis on health and safety than ever before, especially for any company involved in construction. The penalties for ignoring basic safety legislation can be severe. Check the government websites for updates on any changes to official requirements.

Ergonomics of Computer Stress - Changes in Technology Can Cause Stress

Ergonomics: the study of the problems of people adjusting to their environment; esp. the science that seeks to adapt work or working conditions to suit the worker.

By its very nature, "High Tech" means constant transitions and change, and this means consistently high levels of stress from adapting to these changes. Our primitive mechanisms for adjusting to change are often over-whelmed by the High-Tech world of change that we need to live and work within. Virtually everyone agrees that negative transitions such as; job insecurity due to downsizing ("right-sizing," etc.), or financial insecurities (ie credit card debt, mortgages, college fees, stock market swings, etc), or health challenges (ie, sickness, chronic illness, injury, emotional symptoms of stress, etc.), or relationship insecurities (divorce, dating, family role changes, two income families), and international or regional political upheavals (as presented "up close and personal" in our homes by TV,) are viewed as stressful with potential downsides to your health and well-being.

"Good" Change: Same Results

Transitions and change are not always bad. However, even positive change can create responses within our primitive response mechanisms that can lead to negative symptoms of physical and emotional stress. Just in the past ten years, the high-tech advances have increased expectations of productivity and often time commitments to responding to the pressures from work. Do you remember life before: Fax machines, Voice Mail, E-Mail, Cellular Phones, Cellular Faxes, Instantaneous International Business Requests, and yes, even the Internet???? Sure you can turn them off, ignore them, control them(???,) but the pressures of response and keeping up with the changes of hardware/software technologies are still there, even if you do bury your head in the sands of DENIAL....

To prove a point about how positive change/stress can be dramatically bad for your health, I want to tell one brief story. When I was growing up, I read a newspaper account of a man who suffered from good fortune! The story read that a man had won the Irish Sweepstakes. He had won a fortune.... $100,000, which back in those days was a lot of money! He was so overjoyed with his good luck that he celebrated in an unfortunate way... he died of a heart attack! How many people do you know who get a new job or relationship, and wind up paying the price of this positive stress?

In the past ten years, people are developing new symptoms of this technology. Eye strain, back strain, wrist/hand strain, neck problems, even weight and substance abuse increases can be loosely linked to long hours in the world of computers and technology. There are even new industries cropping up to take advantage of the needs for the health and safety of the daily computer user and high tech workers.

Who reading this article can say that our primitive response to stress from millions of years of adaptation and survival has been able to keep up with these past few decades of change? Have you evolved a new midbrain response to the old Flight/Fight Response? If we can not change the world around us, or the people with whom we do business, or the people we have to live with, or the global changes that affect us, then we can at least become aware of this dilemma and avoid becoming a VICTIM to these changes! We do have CONTROL over the way WE RESPOND to these changes.

Awareness is half the battle! Know how YOU respond to stress and what in your life is causing this transitional stress.... THEN, you must develop daily habits of wellness to keep you backed away from the "edge" of falling into the negative physical and emotional responses to stress. You can GET BACK in CONTROL! You can prevent, or at least minimize, symptoms of stress such as: headaches, backaches, neck aches, high blood pressure, panic, anxiety, many stomach problems, sexual dysfunctions, possibly reduce auto-immune problems like allergies or some forms of arthritis, sleeping problems, bruxism, TMJ, etc.... The emotional symptoms such as: loss of concentration, withdrawal (depression), anxiety, being accident prone, memory loss, poor motivation, poor communication, poor performance, some learning disabilities, etc can be linked to stress and reduced, if not eliminated, by awareness/lifestyle changes. Key employees can be given executive/personal coaching and this can prevent them from becoming liabilities due to inefficiency, poor productivity, or worse re-training replacements for these key people. This is as true for families as it is obviously true for companies.

The remedies are as wide as the variables that have created the problems. However, most people perform their functions better when they involve themselves in regular (daily) self-care that often includes: Relaxation (stress management (tapes, exercises, individual counseling)), Physical exercise (5x/wk for 30 minutes+), and proper nutrition (that includes supplementation of minerals and anti-oxidants that are NOT easily found in useable forms in the high-tech processed or mass produced foods that we eat.

Please take good care of yourself.

Best Paid Surveys Online - Get the Skills You Need

Why surveys aren't for you

the best paid surveys online are everywhere, however, you must have tons of patience in order to do them. Some surveys can be done within several minutes, others may take an hour. It is best that you take your time, and have a great amount of patience when trying to earn some cash. Grit your teeth and plow through. You can do it, but it takes persistent patience.

If you don't want money, make sure that you don't do surveys, because you will probably earn a great amount of money depending on the amount of effort you put in.

Filling out black little dots, how hard can it be?

it can be a great test of patience, as you will have to grit your teeth and plow through them.

Like earlier, it will take tons of patience. Filling out the little black dots of the best paid surveys online can be a tedious task if you don't have patience. You will have to thoroughly read every single question and give a legitimate answer. Not only will this help the companies improve their product, but you will gain a great deal of credibility as a person who takes their time to fill out surveys.

What skills will I need?

Patience

As stated many times, you will need tons of patience in order to succeed with paid surveys online. Without it, you will wonder if all of the work is worth it, and you may eventually quit. Make sure that you make the most of your opportunity, or you can be left in the dirt.

Honesty

Honesty is highly important, especially in the beginning surveys. You will need to take demographic surveys to see which ones you will be interested in, and what you will qualify for. You don't want to spend hours taking surveys that are highly uninteresting to you. For example, if you can not stand animals, then you may want to avoid filling in the question "Do you like pets?". By being honest, you can create an incredible experience.

A strong desire to get that second income!

Without a desire to succeed, you won't succeed. If you really want that second income for you and your family, it is best that you start believing you can do it, then do it. In due time, you will see the results of your hard work eventually pay off.

How to Revive a Dead Lead

It's easy to spend days, weeks, or months speaking with a prospect, working up to a decision to buy. This is especially true if your prospects are in larger companies.

Sometimes your lead can go dead. You're not sure why, but your contact person just goes quiet - sometimes disappearing for good.

Was your price too high? Did you say something wrong? What should you do?

I've had a few clients in exactly this situation - one even had his prospect located overseas. And they report great results by using this simple procedure.

Usually in these circumstances you can't contact your prospect by phone. This is a sure sign they have "disappeared". If this is the case for you, simply leave a voice mail message that you will send an email to them and ask them to "please take a moment to read it".

1) Remove the pressure - assume they will say "no".

Sometimes prospects think they have put themselves in an awkward position where they have to make a decision. They could feel backed into a corner. Sometimes they may be embarrassed because they have taken so long to come to a decision. Or because their superiors don't agree with them. Or maybe they haven't got the finances to buy from you.

Either way, they may suddenly back-off because they feel under pressure. You must take that pressure away by assuming they will not go ahead. Assume they will say "no" to your proposal.

2) Send a polite, non-threatening message.

Because you have probably had trouble contacting the person by phone, send this via email.

Your message needs to say something like you "Appreciate the time they have taken so far to discuss their requirements. And you understand they may not be in a position at the moment to use your service. But when they are ready to proceed you would greatly appreciate an opportunity to speak with them about a service to suit their needs." Or use similar wording for your situation.

This approach gives your prospect a way to "save face". It gives them a way out of a tricky situation. They now know that you are not "expecting" anything from them, so they can relax and tell you what they will really be doing.

It also helps you to build trust with that prospect. By taking this approach you are demonstrating that you:

· Understand they may be in a difficult situation.

· Are interested in the longer term, not just an immediate sale.

· Are still on good terms with them, and not annoyed by the outcome.

RESULTS

By using this technique my clients have found that their "dead" lead comes back to life. One of the following usually occurs.

Either the contact person feels bad about not letting you know what has happened, so they return your call or email and tell you.

Or someone else from the company returns your message and says something like "So-and-so doesn't work here anymore, so I have forwarded your message on to the-new-guy who has taken over that role."

You win - no matter what happens. You now understand what you need to do next to keep the sale alive.
